Erika Owens from 90 Day Fiancé is selling her old clothes and shoes while still posting about her breakup blues. After breaking up with Stephanie Matto on 90 Day Fiancé, Erika moved on to a new relationship while continuing her jewelry and art business.

However, things took a turn for the worse when her boyfriend dumped her before the winter holidays. This forced Erika to move from her home and be in a harsh financial situation. Rather than moving with her parents or selling personal items, Erika took advantage of her old TLC fame and begged her followers for money.

Erika was able to manipulate her audience well enough to afford to move to a brand-new house. This was done by posting about her sick and injured dog and her PayPal account. Now in a new place, Erika has switched to talking about her post-breakup emotional struggles.

This has earned her more sympathy compared to before. With said sympathy and trust from her followers back, she is now posting about selling her old clothing to them.

90 Day Fiancé: Why is Erika Selling Her Clothes & Shoes NOW?

On January 9th, 2025, Erika posted a story about how she is ready to start selling her old clothing and shoes. She posts this with one of her dogs in hand, though not the same one who was injured prior.

“I’ll be slowly putting LOADS of stuff up on my stories for sale and this week working on sending out the clothes that have already been purchased.” In the following stories, Erika shows off the clothes for sale along with their prices and dates used.

Most of Erika’s clothing is priced relatively high, especially her dress worn on 90 Day Fiancé. Due to how elaborately designed some of the items are, the prices make sense. However, the dress that Erika wore on the show is bidded at a $200 minimum!

She mentions that the dress is a part of Black Milk which is a more expensive brand. What’s crazy about this to me is why she didn’t try selling her clothes sooner. Instead of begging for money in the beginning, could her friend who helped her move not help her sell these expensive clothes instead?

90 Day Fiancé: Erika Posting About Her Breakup Emotions

On another note, Erika is still openly posting about how she’s dealing with her breakup emotions. Before her clothing posts, Erika reposted videos likely hinting at how her ex treated her.

For example, the first video is part 6 of a series called “he doesn’t care about you as much as he should.” In it, a woman speaks about how if a boyfriend “rolls his eyes at you,” then he doesn’t really care about you.

In one of Erika’s past posts, she made it clear to her followers that she did not want them to harass her ex. While Erika is not stating the opposite in her stories, she should be careful about what she insinuates about him.

This could cause her followers to still go after her ex and bombard him with negative comments. It likely happened already due to the infamous way she announced her breakup. Overall, it’s probably better to keep her page strictly about her emotions instead.
