The infamous Las Vegas invitation DMs between Josh Weinstein and Sophie Sierra reveal some interesting behavior from Josh. In The Last Resort season 2, Sophie announced to everyone that Josh had texted her some flirtatious messages despite both being in relationships.

This resulted in a heated conflict between Sophie and Natalie Mordovtseva. Natalie would badmouth Sophie and go as far as to break her drink at a bar. Now in the latest episode of the season, Natalie is shown the messages directly.

The messages between Sophie and Josh were released by 90dayfianceupdate on Instagram. The messages started in January of 2024, just two months before the filming of The Last Resort season 2 began.

According to Sophie in the first episode, she thought that the messages were meant to be friendly conversations between co-stars. However, Josh started their conversations a bit more flirtatiously.

The main example of Josh being suspicious is his reactions to Sophie’s stories. Josh reacts to the stories with heart, fire, and even heart-eye emojis. He also goes on to compliment her with “Sheesh” or “Sheesh girl.”

For a guy in a relationship, this is not usual behavior. Knowing how jealous Natalie can also be in her past marriage with Mike Youngquist and during season 2 with Sophie, she definitely would not approve of Josh’s behavior.

The way Josh invited Sophie was sneaky. When Josh was asked where Sophie currently was, he told her about the trip to Vegas he was planning. She simply asks her if she’d ever been with no insinuation of an invitation.

However, Josh straightforwardly asks her after, “Wyd 2/17?” Sophie stated that she’d be in New York during that time, but the request was clear.

Josh looked like he was trying to be careful about what he was implying. He never mentioned flying Sophie out exactly, but what he did say is enough to still condemn him. He also later confirms previous rumors about declaring that he and Natalie weren’t official.

While Josh had previously admitted on The Single Life about not considering Natalie his girlfriend, he still knows that Sophie is a married woman to Rob Warne.

One of the more curious instances in Josh’s DMs is his questions about Sophie being in The Last Resort. One of the first things Josh tells Sophie is his hope to get on the show.

While this may look innocent at first, it could be Josh’s way of insinuating to Sophie that he is practically available. This would coincide with him claiming that he and Natalie aren’t in a serious relationship in future messages.

Sophie also shares about her possible appearance on The Last Resort with Josh. This reveal may have insinuated an opening between her and Rob. However, it’s still boggling fans as to why Rob and Josh are friends online despite this news.

They have made another account together called 90daybadboys where they and other co-stars lipsync and dance to songs. Then again, Rob was complicit in Sophie continuing her conversation with Josh out of curiosity, so maybe there is even more to the story to be revealed.
