Sam stepping onto the Square again brought too many emotions. She has been one of the most unpredictable members of the Mitchell family. She has been a part of many iconic storylines. Kim said that this was the second time Sam had found a lump, but her fear this time is much greater. She thinks of Ricky and thinks about what she might lose. Those thoughts are becoming more rapid than anything else around ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌her. Elsewhere, Kim also wants women to check themselves and not delay medical help.
