EastEnders actress Natalie Spence has married Home and Away actor Ryan Brown in an intimate Sydney harbour ceremony attended by their soap star friends

EastEnders actress Natalie Spence has tied the knot with Australian actor Ryan Brown, known for his role in Home and Away.

The pair exchanged vows on Saturday at Sydney’s picturesque harbour, with numerous soap stars in attendance. Posting photographs from their wedding day, 31 year old Natalie, who portrayed Beth in a guest appearance on Albert Square back in 2021, was radiant in a white bridal mini dress featuring a corset-style bodice paired with stilettos.

Beaming whilst clutching her bouquet, she stood beside her equally stylish 31 year old groom Ryan, who cut a sharp figure in a white suit, as they marked the beginning of their married life together.

Among the guests were several cast members from Home and Away, including Matt Evans and his girlfriend Sophea Pennington, who portray Theo and Lacey on screen. Also present were Tristan Gorey, known for playing Dr Levi, and Adam Rowland, who recently became engaged to long-term partner Olivia Lewis.

Fans rushed to Instagram to offer their congratulations beneath the wedding photographs. One person shared: “Wonderful news, you make a beautiful couple.”, reports the Mirror.

The official Home and Away Instagram account also chimed in with: “So happy for @ryanbown and his beautiful wife @nataliespenceuk.”

The couple revealed their engagement last April, following Ryan’s casting as Sonny on Home and Away in 2025. Natalie’s CV boasts an impressive array of soap and drama credits, from Emmerdale and Casualty to Netflix’s The Diplomat, not to mention her brief appearance in EastEnders.

Ryan opened up about securing his dream gig at the perfect moment. “The timing was wild,” he shared with TV Week.

“My landlord was selling our apartment, so we had to leave. The day we moved was the day of my final audition. We were in an empty apartment with a bottle of champagne and pizza waiting until midnight to do my final round over Zoom. Two days later, I got the offer.”

The actor also credited Natalie, who recently posted pictures from her hen party on Instagram, with pushing him to seize the opportunity and relocate Down Under. “She said ‘I’m keen for the adventure. Let’s go’. Three days later, I flew home.”

Reports from Confidential suggest the newly married couple are set to host a grander wedding celebration in the UK later this year.
