Beyond the Gates Spoilers: Motherly Advice

The promo opens with Leslie (Trisha-Mann Grant) offering some tough-love advice to her daughter. “Eva, you have to fight—clean or dirty,” she says.

Is this about Tomas (Alex Alegria)? It might be, because in the next scene, Eva (Ambyr Michelle) approaches Tomas at the Country Club and tells him, “I think it’s time we finished what we started.”

Elsewhere in Fairmont Crest, Anita is also dishing out advice—this time to Nicole. “Date. Get dressed up. Feel yourself a little,” she says, just as we see Nicole and Carlton sharing a kiss.

Donnell Has Questions

At the police station, Donnell McBride (Alex Cheeks) is still searching for answers. With Marcel Malone (Darryl W. Handy) listening in, Donnell tells Jacob (Jibre Hordges), “I just need to know anything that might help me understand why my dad would’ve left us…”

The next thing we see is Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) with Joey (Jon Lindstrom), worried about the truth finally coming out. She wonders how her son would take the news if he found out the truth about them.

Right then, Donnell walks in. “Baby, what are you doing here?” Vanessa asks. He replies, “I was just going to ask you the same thing.”

Bill and Andre Clash, and Hayley and Dani Do the Same

Also, next week on Beyond the Gates, Dani (Karla Mosley) and Hayley (Marquita Goings) go head-to-head—again. Dani’s laughing uncontrollably while Hayley screams from he top of her lungs, demanding Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) come downstairs immediately. “You have your own husband. Stay the hell away from mine,” Hayley warns

And the drama doesn’t stop there—Andre (Sean Freeman) and Bill clash over Dani. “She’s the sexiest woman in the world. Only a damn fool would’ve kicked her to the curb,” Andre says.

Bill doesn’t hold back either. He insists that getting Andre out of my ex-wife’s life—and bed—is his top priority.

Do we smell trouble? Absolutely.
