Actress Balvinder Sopal, who plays Suki Panesar, may have accidentally revealed a major spoiler after sharing a behind-the-scenes snap from set that featured a hospital bed in the background.

Now, fans are convinced one beloved character will be rushed to hospital in emotional scenes that could form part of the soap’s highly anticipated Christmas episodes.

A Snack Selfie with a Hidden Clue

Sopal posted the now-viral photo on her Instagram Stories, showing off her snacks — a banana and a cookie — between scenes. But eagle-eyed fans were far more interested in what was behind her.

In the corner of the frame, a hospital set could clearly be seen, complete with a medical bed and equipment. Within minutes, fans flooded X (formerly Twitter) with speculation.

“Bal posting this from filming yesterday – now who might Suki be visiting in a hospital bed?” one viewer asked.
